Accessibility Statement

  1. Our Commitment
Lucky-Mister.com is committed to providing a website that is usable and accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards where feasible.
  2. Standards We Aim to Meet
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
  3. What We’ve Implemented
    • Structure & Semantics: Logical heading order (H1–H6), landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), lists, and proper table markup for data.
    • Text Alternatives: Descriptive alt text for meaningful images; decorative images are marked to be ignored by assistive technologies.
    • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive controls (menus, buttons, forms) are reachable and operable via keyboard; focus order is logical and the focus indicator is visible.
    • Colour & Contrast: We target contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA for text and interactive elements.
    • Motion & Animation: We respect user preferences such as “reduced motion” where supported by the browser/OS.
    • Forms: Inputs have associated labels, clear error messages, and helpful instructions.
    • Links & Controls: Link purpose is clear in context; buttons and controls use accessible names and roles.
    • Reflow & Zoom: Pages are designed to reflow and remain functional at up to 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality.
    • Language: We declare page language to help screen readers pronounce content correctly.
  4. Supported Environments (Guidance)
We test with current versions of major browsers—Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge—on desktop and mobile. We also consider popular assistive technologies, including NVDA with Firefox, JAWS with Chrome/Edge, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, and TalkBack on Android. Older browsers and unsupported combinations may not deliver the best experience.
  5. Known Limitations
While we work to ensure full accessibility, you may encounter the following:
    • Third-party widgets and embeds (e.g., affiliate tables, video players, chat widgets) that we do not control may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
    • Occasionally, partner creatives, screenshots, or legacy PDFs may lack full text alternatives or tagging.
    • Rarely, time-limited promotional banners from external networks may present keyboard or contrast issues.
We monitor these items and encourage vendors to improve their accessibility. If you experience a barrier, please contact us so we can offer an alternative.
  6. Customisation Tips
    • Use your browser’s zoom (Ctrl/Cmd + “+” / “–”) to increase or decrease text size.
    • Enable system high-contrast or dark-mode settings; our styles attempt to respect these preferences.
    • Turn on “reduce motion” in your OS to limit animations.
    • Use built-in reader modes where available for simplified layouts.
  7. Feedback & Accessible Format Requests
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Lucky-Mister.com. If you need content in an alternative format (e.g., large print, plain-text version), or if you find any barriers, contact:
    Email: support@lucky-mister.com
Please include the page URL, a brief description of the issue, your browser/OS/assistive tech, and any screenshots if possible. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and respond substantively within 5–10 working days.
  8. Complaints & Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with our response, reply to the same email thread and mark your message “Accessibility Complaint – Escalation.” A senior team member will review and aim to provide a further response within 10 working days. As a private publisher (not a public-sector body), we are not covered by the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations; however, we take accessibility seriously and will make reasonable efforts to address issues raised.
  9. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We schedule periodic reviews, update components as standards evolve, and consider user feedback in our roadmap.
